Glasgow Housing Association: Tenants' Survey
Hexagon Research and Consulting was commissioned by Glasgow Housing Association to carry out Phase 3 of its Tenants’ Satisfaction Survey programme, covering 10 Local Housing Organisations and approximately 12,400 tenants.
The survey will assist GHA and LHOs by seeking tenants’ views on a range of issues, including consultation methods. It will allow GHA to gather information on policy and service delivery to benchmark service levels and inform future policy and service development.
The main aim of the survey was to provide:- A profile of tenants in each LHO
- A measure of tenant satisfaction
- Comparison with key questions to assess trends
- An indication of tenants’ priorities for investment and service improvements
- Key information on needs and demands
- Information on which LHOs can plan action to improve services in their area
The survey, which took place at the beginning of 2007, had a response rate of over 50%.
Hexagon Research and Consulting successfully conducted the first two phases of the programme in 2005 and 2006.
